This four-page commercial sheet music contains the song "Echeis Matakia (La Paisanita)", with music by Eduardo Bianco and lyrics by Aimilios Savvidis.
The monochrome front cover is illustrated with black-and-white photographs of the composer and the singer Danae Stratigopoulou. It bears the title of the song (in Greek and Spanish), the composer's name, followed by the inscription "Le roi du tango – L'auteur de Plegaria et Destino" (The King of Tango – The composer of Plegaria and Destino), the lyricist's name, the designation "Ranchero", the price (Dr. 18), and the publisher's imprint.
The second page bears the title of the song in Greek, Spanish, and Latin transliteration, the designations "Ranchera" and "Tragoudaki" (Little Song), together with the names of the composer and lyricist. It also bears a pasted paper label with a photograph of Bianco and what appears to be the composer's autograph signature ("Bianco"), as well as a blue advertising stamp. Beneath the musical text appears the name Rich. Fretsa, together with a second affixed paper label bearing what also appears to be the autograph signature "Bianco".
The musical text (pp. 2–3) consists of a three-staff system (two for piano and one for singing) and is accompanied by the lyrics in both Spanish and Greek.
