This four-page commercial score icontains the tango-chanson “Angustia!” with music and lyrics by Horacio Pettorossi.

The monochrome front cover bears a photograph of Horacio Pettorossi and a ptyped letter addressed to Eduardo Bianco, dated 13 May 1929 (Year VII), signed by the Master of Ceremonies of the King of Italy's Court. The letter conveys the King and Queen's gratitude and appreciation for the orchestra's performance before them and announces the dispatch of commemorative gifts from the Queen. The cover also bears (in French) the title of the song, the designation “tango-chanson”, the phrase “Le formidable succès de Eduardo Bianco et son fameux orchestre Argentin au cinéma ‘Splendid’”, “Propriété de l’édition Bianco 6, Cité Pigalle Paris. Tous droits réservés”, the name of the composer, the Greek lyricist, and, in Greek, the names of the publishers. It also bears the printed dedication: “A Monsieur Ivan Oyhanarte Consul général à Hambourg”.

On the second page, beneath the musical text, the name “Rich. Frezza” is inscribed, and a pasted paper label bears what appears to be the composer's autograph signature “Bianco”. On the inner margin, between the second and third pages, the following text appears vertically: “Το παρόν τεμάχιο με εκτέλεσιν της περιφήμου Αργεντινής Ορχήστρας Eduardo Bianco ευρίσκεται αποκλειστικώς εις δίσκους Odeon” (This piece, performed by the renowned Eduardo Bianco Argentine Orchestra, is available exclusively on Odeon records).

The monochrome back cover contains an advertisement for Bianco editions in French.

The musical text (pp. 2–3) consists of a three-staff system (two for piano and one for voice) and is accompanied by the lyrics in Spanish and Greek. The violin part is indicated in the first 14 measures of the introduction.

The song “Angustia!” is also found in Greek-speaking discography, outlining in a characteristic way the dialectical, multi-level relationship between the various "national" repertoires, the subject of the ongoing research "Cosmopolitanism in Greek Historical Discography".
