According to the recording of the data in the musical score of Panos Mavraganis’ song, the latter comes from the vaudeville "I trata tou kapetan Konstanti" and was composed by Loudovikos Spinellis with lyrics by Ioannis Laios.
In the musical score uploaded on the website of the Great Music Library of Greece "Lilian Voudouri", the song is attributed (music and lyrics) to Loudovikos Spinellis.
The vaudeville, written by Ioannis Laios and set to music by Loudovikos Spinellis, premiered on 3/9/1894 at the Tsocha Theater by the Tavoularis-Pantopoulos troupe.
The recording was made between May 11 and June 8, 1929 by the sound engineer Ernest Gower.
