This four-page musical score contains the song “Ta niata” (Youth), with music and lyrics by Kleon Triantafyllou, better known by his stage name Attik.
The black and white front cover bears the composer's full name, his stage name (in French), the heading «Αττικά τραγούδια» (Attic Songs), and, beneath it, the titles of seven of his songs published in musical score, together with their retail prices and the publisher's name. The title “Ta Niata”, pertaining to this musical score, is underlined. This tactic was common in similar cases. Creating a single cover for two or more songs significantly reduced the cost of musical scores production. The front cover also bears a handwritten note by the collector of the sheet music, dated “5/11/20”.
The second page contains the printed dedication the printed dedication «Τω αγαπητώ μοι ζεύγει κω και κα Ιορδ. Κεβεντζόγλου (εν Κωνσταντινουπόλει)» [To agapito moi zevgei ko kai ka Iord. Keventzoglou (en Konstantinoupolei), To my beloved couple, Mr. and Mrs. Iord. Keventzoglou (in Constantinople], and bears the title, followed by the designation “Melody – Waltz”. Beneath the musical notation appear the composer's autograph signature and a stamp bearing his stage name in French. The black and white back cover contains the lyrics of the second and third verses.
