This four-page musical score contains the song “Ta niata” (Youth), with music and lyrics by Kleon Triantafyllou, better known by his stage name Attik.

The monochrome front cover, featuring the outline of a male and a female figure, bears the title of the song, the designation “Melody – Waltz”, the composer's full name and the publisher's name. It also bears a handwritten note by the collector of the sheet music and the publisher's stamp.

The second page contains the printed dedication «Τω αγαπητώ μοι ζεύγει κω και κα Ιορδ. Κεβεντζόγλου (εν Κωνσταντινουπόλει)» [To agapito moi zevgei ko kai ka Iord. Keventzoglou (en Konstantinoupolei), To my beloved couple, Mr. and Mrs. Iord. Keventzoglou (in Constantinople], together with the stamp «Αντίτυπον γνήσιον - Αττικά τραγούδια» (Authentic copy – Attic Songs). At the bottom of the third page, beneath the musical notation, appears the inscription «Ριχ. Φρέτσας» (Rich. Fretsas), while the back cover is blank.

This is a musical score with a three-staff system (two for piano and one for voice). The code “K. 5 T.” is written at the bottom of the pages of the musical text.

Three copies of the sheet music are preserved in the archive. They differ only slightly in the shade of the cover, and two of them do not bear the handwritten note.
